- Video problems: the result looks wrong, didn't render or won't download. Failed renders are retried once for free and then give their credits back automatically. If a finished video doesn't make you happy, email us and we refund it to your original payment method.
- Credits and refunds: questions about packs, orders and payments. If you've only partly used a pack, we refund the credits you haven't used.
- Privacy: requests to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account. Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload anyway; videos stay in your account until you ask.
- Rights concerns: if you believe a video made with Hop Hop Hop AI Dance uses your image without permission, email us with the details and we will review it.
