Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hop Hop Hop AI Dance at https://hophophopdance.org. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Hop Hop Hop AI Dance turns the photos you upload into a short AI video of the Hop Hop Hop trend from TikTok. All videos are AI-generated. Hop Hop Hop AI Dance is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Shluzov or the creators of the trend. The sound in the videos is the trend's sound, Shluzov's "Её парень".

Accounts

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

• Only photos of yourself, of people who gave you their permission, or of your own pets.
• Everyone shown must be 18 or older.
• No photos of celebrities, public figures, or anyone who hasn't given you permission.
• No nudity, violence or illegal content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Hop Hop Hop AI Dance to:

• impersonate anyone, or pass off a video as real footage of a person;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone's privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you give us a limited permission to store and process them only to make your video. Videos have no watermark. You may share your videos on social media; label them as AI-generated when you post them.

AI Output

AI results vary. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, an exact backdrop or that a video will suit a particular purpose. Please review your video before you share it.

Credits, Payments and Refunds

• Videos need credits: 10 for 8 seconds, 15 for 12 seconds, 20 for 15 seconds. There are no free credits.
• Credits come in one-time packs, not subscriptions, paid through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars as listed on the site. Credits never expire.
• Refunds are paid in money, back to your original payment method: for a finished video you're not happy with (email us), and for the unused credits of a pack you've only partly used.
• Failed renders are retried once automatically; if they fail again, their credits come back automatically. Photos the video service rejects also give their credits back automatically.

Termination

You may stop using Hop Hop Hop AI Dance at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use Hop Hop Hop AI Dance after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
