This Privacy Policy explains how Hop Hop Hop AI Dance ("we", "us"), an independent website at https://hophophopdance.org, handles information when you use it. Hop Hop Hop AI Dance is not affiliated with TikTok, ByteDance, Shluzov or the creators of the Hop Hop Hop trend.

Information We Collect

1. Sign-in information. You sign in with Google. Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us.
2. Photos you upload. The one or two photos you provide so we can make your video, including the people or pets shown in them.
3. Your videos. The videos we make for you and related details such as their status and creation time.
4. Usage data. Pages visited, features used and credits spent, plus technical data such as browser type and device. We use Google Analytics for this.
5. Payment data. The pack you bought and the order and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account, handle payments, credits and refunds, prevent abuse, keep the service working and answer support requests. Your photos are used only to make your video and for nothing else. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Service Providers

To run the site we rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video generation, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). Each receives only the data it needs to do its job for us. To make your video, your photos are sent to an AI video provider; the AI provider doesn't keep your photos.

Storage and Deletion

• Photos are stored in our own cloud storage and deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Videos stay in your account, so you can download them any time, until you ask us to delete them.
• Earlier deletion: email support@hophophopdance.org to have your photos, your videos or your whole account deleted sooner.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing support@hophophopdance.org. Depending on where you live you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or asking for a copy of your data.

People Under 18

Everyone shown in an uploaded photo must be 18 or older. Do not upload photos of anyone under 18.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
